PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of the representation dated 14.09.2021 and 24.10.2021 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for considering the petitioner's representations dated 14.09.2021 and 24.10.2021 touching upon suspension. However, pending this writ petition, the petitioner was dismissed from service on 05.07.2022 which was challenged by the writ petitioner in W.P.No.19471 of 2022 and this Court by an order passed today, had allowed the said writ petition also. As such no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition. 2/4
