Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.OP.NO.30602 of 2024 order dated 09.12.2024 is relaxed.
