J U D G M E N T

(JUDGMENT WAS MADE BY M.DURAISWAMY, J.) Challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge in A.No.1744 of 2022 in C.S.D.No.39237 of 2022 dated 20.04.2022, the plaintiffs have filed the above appeal. 2.By order dated 20.04.2022, the learned Single Judge ordered notice to the respondents returnable on 28.04.2022 and also permitted the appellants to effect paper publication in one issue of Tamil Daily "Dhina Malar" with regard to the subject matter of the suit and the learned Single Judge posted the matter to 28.04.2022.

3.Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the 1st respondent had called for a meeting on 23.04.2022 at 11:00 a.m. and if any decision is taken in the meeting that would affect the rights of the appellants. 4.Since the learned Single Judge had ordered notice to the respondents and also permitted the appellants to effect paper publication with regard to the subject matter of the suit, we do not find any error or irregularity in the order passed by the learned Single Judge. Since the applications and suit are pending before the learned Single Judge, it is needless to say that any decision taken in the meeting scheduled to be held on 23.04.2022 would be subject to the result of the applications and the Civil Suit pending before the learned Single Judge. In these circumstances, the Original Side Appeal is disposed of with the above observations. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
