Hence, having regard to the fact that pre-deposit has been made on 15.03.2023, this Court permits the appeal to be represented within one week from today, and if so re-presented, shall be entertained by the Tribunal, numbered, listed for hearing in due course, heard and disposed in accordance with law. 4.
