ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to furnish the documents to the petitioner which are mentioned in the petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court may issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to furnish the documents to the petitioner which was relied upon by the 2nd respondent, in the light of the representation dated 26.04.2021 made by the petitioner.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the documents sought by the petitioner will be furnished pursuant to his representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
