ORDER
(DELIVERED BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking a direction to respondents 1 & 2 to secure the detenu(s) from the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent and set them at liberty.
2. When the matter is taken up, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that the detenu(s) have been secured by the police and produced before the Court on 10.5.18 and the custody of the detenu(s) was handed over to the petitioner. It is also stated that the detenu(s) are now living with the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
herein. The detenu(s) are also present before this Court and they state that they are living with the petitioner.
