ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who was arrested on 05.03.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 302 and 506(ii) IPC read with Section 120 (B) of IPC in Crime No.155 of 2022, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner herein, who is arrayed as A9 in a case of murder of one Madhan on 20.02.2022 in a broad day light at 10.15 p.m. The murder has occurred due to the previous enmity between two groups.

3. According to the prosecution, this petitioner had received money from the first accused and conspired to murder the said Madhan and through his son Manikandan, who led assailants, they have executed the murder of the said Madhan. The prosecution has arrayed 12 accused in this case, who are the persons to finance the hirers and the persons, who have conspired and screened the execution of murder. This petitioner belongs to the second category. This petitioner has not only schemed the murder along https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with the other accused but also received a sum of Rs.20,000/- for committing the said crime. Since the investigation is at very crucial stage, the release of the petitioner is not conducive for completion of the investigation. Hence this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
