ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on her in Crl.O.P.No.28917 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024 that the petitioner shall stay at Page No.1 of 4
Cuddalore and report before the Inspector of Police, Old Town Police Station, Cuddalore, every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28917 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024 is relaxed.
