ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in two weeks on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., in Crl.M.P.No.1470 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32394 of 2024 dated 03.02.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.32394 of 2024 by an order dated 03.01.2025 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.1470 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32394 of 2024 dated 03.02.2025 is relaxed.
