For petitioner :: Mr.P.Mani For respondents :: No appearance COMMON ORDER The petitioner, long after the conclusion of trial, filed an application in I.A.Nos.779 and 780 of 2014 to reopen the evidence and further cross examination of P.W.1. The learned Trial Judge dismissed the applications. Feeling aggrieved, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. The order passed by the learned Trial Judge indicates that the evidence was closed during March 2014. It was only after posting the suit for arguments, the petitioner filed the applications to reopen the matter.

(tar) There is no reason, muchless justifiable reason, given by the petitioner to reopen the matter.

3. The learned Trial Judge was perfectly correct in dismissing the applications for the reasons indicated in the orders impugned in the civil revision petition. There is absolutely no merit in the contention taken by the petitioner.
