This petition is filed to implead the Secretary to Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department (in the cadre of Additional Chief Secretary), Fort St.

George, Chennai - 9 as one of the party respondent in the instant writ petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, W.M.P.No.10137 of 2022 is allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause-title.
