ORDER
This petition has been filed to grant relaxation of the condition that "[b] the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday until further orders and directed to cooperate for Page No.1 of 4
interrogation" in the order dated 24.06.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.12413 of 2024.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12413 of 2024 dated 24.06.2024 is relaxed.
