The prayer in this Revision Petition is to direct the District Munsif Court, Perambalur to dispose of the above Suit in O.S.No.308 of 2012 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the Petitioners who is the Plaintiffs in the Suit in O.S.No.308 of 2012 on the file of District Munsif Court, Perambalur District.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners submitted that the Suit in O.S.No.308 of 2012 has been transferred to the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Veppanthattai Taluk, Perambalur District on 09.08.2019 and the same has been re-numbered as O.S.No.267 of 2019. Notice was also served to the Respondents 1 and 2 through Court as well as privately but none appeared for them till date.

4. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners further submitted that, the Suit is of the year 2012 and he has filed the Civil Revision Petition in the year 2016 to fix a time frame to dispose of the Suit by the learned District Munsif Court, Page No.2 of 4

5. It is further submitted that the Plaintiff has filed the proof Affidavit; documents were also marked and the case was posted for cross-examination. At this juncture, Respondents/Defendants have filed a Memo dated 13.06.2019 to refer the case to mediation, but, till date, no report has been submitted by the Mediation Centre.

6. In view of the above, the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Veppanthattai Taluk, Perambalur District is hereby directed to call for the report from the Mediation Centre and to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.267 of 2019 within a period of Six Months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs. 02.12.2021 Index :
