ORDER

In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks to quash the order of the 2nd Respondent, dated 15.07.2002 and to direct the Respondents to award the pay on par with his junior from 1.4.1990 onwards by following Rule 4(3) of the Tamil Nadu Revised Pay Rules and award all consequential benefits.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and considered their submissions carefully and also the materials placed on record.

It is seen from paragraph 9 of the counter affidavit filed by the 2nd Respondent that on the representation of the Petitioner dated 7.5.2015, orders were already passed by the 2nd Respondent and hence, nothing survives in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
