ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7589 of 2020 dated 15.05.2020 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m. from 01.06.2020, until further orders.

2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.7589 of 2020 on 15.05.2020, is complied with regularly by the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation has been completed, charge sheet filed and the case has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.4 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhachalam.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7589 of 2020 dated 15.05.2020 is relaxed in toto. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of August 2020 and thereafter on the next hearing date of P.R.C.No.4 of 2020.
