The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 63(a), 64 and 65 of the 1/4

Copy Rights Act r/w Sections 319(2), 318(4) of BNS Act and Section 29 of Trade Mark and Merchandise Marks Act, 1958, in Crime No.434 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to be a manufacturer of counterfeit products using the brand name "DIXCY SCOT".

3. It is seen that this Court had earlier dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail petitions in Crl.O.P.Nos.23973 and 28403 of 2025 by orders dated 01.09.2025 and 17.10.2025 respectively. However, without any change in circumstances, the present petition has filed seeking anticipatory bail.

4. Considering the gravity of the offence and the nature of the allegations, this Court is of the view that the petitioner does not deserve the relief of anticipatory bail. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
