Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to issue Transfer Certificate to the petitioner minor U.S.Anjana Jayasurya, who has completed X-th Standard and on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2019 within the time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

By an order of this Court dated 25.04.2019, the Writ Petition was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court Madras, wherein, an agreement was arrived at between the parties which is as follows:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a) Argued and withdrawn objection to issue Transfer Certificate.

b) The School is issued the Transfer Certificate to Minor U.S.Anjana Jayasurya.

c) The petitioner Minor.U.S.Anjana Jayasurya has admitted in P.N.D.Adarsh Vidhyalaya Matriculation Higher Secondary School and class XI-Commerce group. d) Both parents shall not interfere the studies of Minor U.S.Anjana Jayasurya.

The petitioner and the respondent signed in the Mediation Agreement and the same is counter-signed by their respective counsels.

In view of the above Mediation Agreement, the Writ Petition is disposed of. It is open to the parties to proceed as per the Mediation Agreement. No costs.
