Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents, pertaining to the impugned letters bearing reference Na.Ka.No.9987/A2/2014 dated 03.12.2014 issued by the 2nd respondent herein and Na.Ka.No.98508/W2/E2/2014 dated 08.12.2014 issued by the 3rd respondent herein and quash the same insofar as the leave availed by the petitioner is treated therein as "medical leave" and not "maternity leave" and consequentially direct the respondents to treat the leave taken by the petitioner herein from 09.06.2014 to 08.12.2014 as maternity leave, and accord all consequential benefits to the petitioner.
