For Petitioners : Mr.D.Shivakumaran (in both CRPs) For Respondent : Mr.V.Nicholas (in both CRPs) COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions are filed against the fair and decreetal orders dated 16.11.2016 and 18.11.2016 made in R.E.P.Nos.25 & 32 of 2016 in RC.O.P.Nos.10 and 6 of 2013 respectively on the file of the learned Rent Controller (District Munsif), Krishnagiri.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners filed an appeal against the order passed in RCOP Nos.10 and 6 of 2013 on the file of the Rent Controller (District Munsif), Krishnagiri, thereby allowing the eviction petition and ordered to vacate and deliver the vacant possession within a period of three months. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners filed appeals in RCA Nos.1 & 2 of 2016 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Krishnagiri, which are pending. Infact, the arguments were over and posted for orders on 15.04.2021.

3. Considering the above submission, the Execution Court is directed not to precipitate the matter till disposal of the RCA. 2/4

4. With the above direction, both the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
