This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 20.07.2021 made in W.P.No.14973 of 2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted 1/3

that this Court vide order dated 20.07.2021 made in W.P.No.14973 of 2021 directed the petitioner to submit an application/ representation to the respondent and issued direction to the respondent to dispose of the said representation, however, the said order was not complied with.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that there is a procedure for submitting the application and it has to be submitted through online and further submitted that till date the respondent did not receive any online application made by the petitioner.

4.The petitioner has not produced any proof for submission of online application before this Court. In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed. 30.08.2024 pri Index: Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No NCC: Yes/No 2/3
