2. As seen from the respondent's proceedings dated 24.07.2023, the fresh representation given by the petitioner has been rejected. As the respondent has complied with the directions given by this Court on 07.09.2022 in W.P.No.2127 of 2019, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition.
