The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of IPC in Crime No.01 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent, seeks inter-state anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution as per the de facto complainant Sachidananda Das is that the petitioner has induced the de facto complainant and cheated him to the tune of Rs.3,99,090/- on the pretext that he is the Sales Head, Readme Mobile Telecommunication (India). Hence, the case.
3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and a false complaint has been given against the petitioner and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence/said allegation. He would further submit that the petitioner is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed upon him. He would also submit that inter-state anticipatory bail may be granted to enable the petitioner to move to the appropriate Jurisdictional Court in West Bengal for necessary relief.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant interim inter-state anticipatory bail to the petitioner for a period of four weeks from today to enable the petitioner to move to the concerned Court.
5. Accordingly, interim inter-state anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner for a period of four weeks from today, on condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Vellore, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready and the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said learned Magistrate. Further, within four weeks from the date of execution of bail bond, the petitioner shall approach the competent Jurisdictional Court in West Bengal and seek appropriate relief. If the petitioner fails to furnish sureties, the petition shall automatically stand dismissed.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that this Court, by an order dated 06.04.2023, has granted interim inter-anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Crime No.01 of 2020, however, in the paragraph 5 of the order copy, the period of interim interanticipatory bail granted to the petitioner is mentioned as four weeks instead of six weeks.
3. Therefore, it is hereby clarified and the paragraph 5 of the order shall be read as follows:- " 5. Accordingly, interim inter-state anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner for a period of six weeks from today, on condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Vellore, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready and the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty
Five thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said learned Magistrate.
