Today, the revision petitioner/defendant and the respondent/plaintiff viz., Mr.Ranganathan Roop Kumar, who is an authorised signatory of the administration of the Trust and their respective counsel are present. Identification of the parties have been verified. They filed a joint compromise memo and both the parties are admitting the terms of the compromise memo. Recording the joint compromise memo, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. The decree shall be passed in terms of joint compromise memo and the joint compromise memo shall form part of the decree. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
