This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to provide New 3 Phase Service Connection to the petitioner's residence situated at Door No.20, 200 Feet, Service Road, Senthil Murugan Nagar, Kallikuppam, Chennai - 600 058.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the aforementioned property. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though very many grounds have been raised in the present Writ Petition, it would suffice, if this Court may issues a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 17.02.2023 and pass appropriate orders, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has already owned the service connection in which there was an arrear for consumption charges and apart from that the petitioner has filed another application and the application did not contain any relief. However, the petitioner's application will be considered in the manner known to law.

5. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

6. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 17.02.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
