The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2013.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr. M. Elumalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent, submitted that the respondent had already considered the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2013 and passed orders on 05.08.2015 itself.

3. Mr. Narendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader may be recorded and the Writ Petition may be closed.
