This petition is filed to condone the delay of 13 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Though notice has been served on the 1st respondent and his name is printed in the cause-list, there is no representation for him either in person or through counsel.

The 2nd respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and no notice is necessary for the 2nd respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 13 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
