ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who was arrested for the alleged offence under Sections 120(b), 201, 302 of IPC in Crime No.214 of 2022, seeks bail.

2.The petitioner was arrested on 10.03.2022 for the alleged offence of murder of 17 years old boy and disposing the body in a well.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police states that the investigation is at crucial stage and if the petitioner is released on bail, there is possibility of tampering the evidence.

4. Considering the said objection, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
