PETITIONS under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writs of Mandamus forbearing the respondent from completing the assessment with regard to the petitioner assessee for the assessment years 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13, 2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16 and 2016-17 respectively, pursuant to the search conducted on 24.3.2016, 08.4.2016, 04.5.2016 and 18.5.2016 until the petitioner approaches the Settlement Commission and consequently direct the respondent to issue copies of documents enabling the petitioner to approach the Settlement Commission.
