This petition has been filed to relax the condition 5[b] in Crl.O.P.No.1017 of 2025 dated 21.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the final report has been filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1017 of 2025 dated 21.01.2025 is relaxed.
