No 1485 of 1983 and settled on petitioner under Doc.No.2556/ 2020 under the category of Innocent Buyer scheme as per G.O.Ms.No.649 Revenue Dated 29.07.1998 and G.O.Ms.No.565/ULC -1 /Revenue Department dated 26.09.2008.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner on 03.03.2025 and to regularize the land in the name of the petitioner within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.G.Arun, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the previous orders passed by this Court and taking 2/4

note of G.O.Ms.No.565, dated 26.09.2008 and also G.O.Ms.No.63, dated 27.01.2020, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner on 03.03.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law and orders shall be passed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
