ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 153, 504, 505(i)(b), 506(i) of IPC read with Section 67 of I.T Act in Crime No.36 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

The FIR indicates that the petitioner had used the social media to record abusive and threatening message and released the same.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that the petitioner is an habitual offender of this kind, she used filthy and abusive messages in Social Media, to grab attention.

4. As far as the present case is concerned, the petitioner has shared a recorded audio, wherein she states that she will finish the Hon'ble Chief Minister. Hence, the respondent police registered a case against the petitioner.

The information furnished by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) indicates that the petitioner has been abusing others with filthy language and threatening with dire consequences by posting video clips. Considering the nature of nuisance created by the petitioner and threat to the Hon'ble Chief Minister by way of devastation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and this Court directs the respondent police to arrest the petitioner herein and delete all the offending clippings. -sd/- 26/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
