Respondent Prayer:- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC, as against the E.P.No.15 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Cuddalore in A.R.No.1050 of 2013 on the file Deputy Registrar of Chits, Cuddalore order dated 23.11.2015 of the Principal District Munsif Cuddalore in Award No.1050 of 2013 dated 23.12.2013 of Deputy Registrar of Chits, Cuddalore.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order passed in E.P.No.15 of 2015 in A.R.No.1050 of 2013 dated 23.11.2015 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Cuddalore, thereby allowed the execution petition and ordered to attach the salaries of the petitioners 2 and 3 herein.

2. The respondent obtained an award in Award No.1050 of 2013 as against the petitioners herein. In pursuant to the said award, the respondents filed an execution petition and the same was allowed. Aggrieved by the same, this present revision.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that pending this revision, half of the amount was already settled and they are ready and willing to settle the remaining amount also.

4. Considering the above submission, the petitioners shall settle the remaining award amount, on or before 20.02.2023, failing which, the respondent is at liberty to proceed with the order passed in the execution petition in E.P.No.15 of 2015 in A.R.No.1050 of 2013 dated 23.11.2015 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Cuddalore.

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
