ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the fair and decreetal order dated 15.02.2018, passed by the learned I Additional District Judge, Tirupur, in C.M.A.No.12 of 2017, confirming the order dated 17.11.2016, passed by the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Tirupur, in I.A.No.138 of 2016 in O.S.No.120 of 2016, thereby granting interim injunction as against the petitioner herein in respect of the suit property. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that while pending the present petition, the matter has been settled between the parties and nothing survive in the present Civil Revision Petition. 3.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
