Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate takes notice for 1st respondent. Since this writ petition is being disposed of without affecting the interest of the 2nd and 3rd respondents, notice to them is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved against the order of the first respondent arising out of patta proceedings.

3. Admittedly, as against the said order, the petitioner is having revisional remedy before the concerned District Revenue Officer. Without resorting to such remedy, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition, which this Court, considers as not maintainable, at this stage.

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the claim made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dispose of by granting liberty to the petitioner to file such revision before the concerned Revisional Authority. No costs.
