The petitioner is the first accused in C.C.No.11 of 2020 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Salem for non appearance of A3 by name Surya, the trial is pending. In fact, the petitioner has sought for split up the case against the absconding accused and proceed, so that he can prove his innocence in the trial.
