Writ Appeal is filed under Clause 15 of the Letter Patent to set aside the order dated 16.12.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge, in W.P.No.11035 of 2018 on the file of this Court. Prayer in W.P.No.11035 of 2018:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus Calling for records relating to the first respondents order made in Na.Ka. No.11888/2016/B2 dated 12.5.2017 to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to drop the initiation of the proceedings pursuant to first respondents order made in ROC No.29894/2016-B2 dated 24.11.2016.
