ORDER
This Criminal Revision case has been filed against the order in MC.No.331/2014 dated 14.06.2023 made by the learned III Additional Family Court, Chennai.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of the revision, the issue was amicably settled between the petitioner and the respondent. Therefore, this Court may set aside the order passed by the trial Court and allow this petition.
4. The learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any objection.
5. In this regard, the parties have appear before this Court and the petitioner and the respondent have filed joint compromise affidavit dated 09.07.2024 before this Court.
6. The learned counsel for the respondent further submitted that the respondent will not claim any amount from the petitioner in future.
7. Recording the submission made on either side, the revision is allowed in terms of compromise. The affidavit filed by the petitioner and the
respondent dated 09.07.2024 shall form part and parcel of this Order. The order in MC.No.331 of 2014 passed by the learned III Additional Family Court, Chennai is set aside. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
