Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the monitoring & Vigilance Committee for SC & ST under the Chairmanship of the 2nd respondent to withdraw their decision taken in the earlier meeting held on 31.05.2018 to defer the decision on the case that was recorded in Na.Ka.No.Ya3/22797/15 dated 14.06.2018 and consequently direct the investigating officer (R-5) to complete the investigation by following the relevant provisions of the SC & ST (POA) Act and file the final report by taking the statements of the eye witnesses of the occurrence of the incident as referred in the FIR in Crime No.3275/2014 from the files of the 5th respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
