Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate order on the basis of the enquiry conducted by him in his proceedings Na.Ka.104/2021/A, dated 11.02.2021 consequently to take stringent action against the 4th respondent, who damaged the PWD (PAP) Canal distributary No.22.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate order on the basis of the enquiry conducted by him in his proceedings Na.Ka.104/2021/A, dated 11.02.2021 consequently to take stringent action against the 4th respondent, who damaged the PWD (PAP) Canal distributary No.22.

2. It is seen that already the 2nd respondent passed an order and 2/4

the same was also confirmed by the Appellate authority. In fact, the said order was challenged before this Court in W.P.No.20839 of 2021. This court passed an order dated 23.04.2024, thereby dismissed the said writ petition.
