That the applicant herein be and is hereby directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) as costs to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, under the head "Environment Fund, Member Secretary, Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai 600 104", bearing A/c. No. 6656485009, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the purpose of planting and maintaining the trees and also for restoration of water bodies.
2. That subject to the condition as mentioned above,
