Challenging the Return order dated 07.10.2015 passed in the unnumbered I.A. of 2015 in O.S.No.290 of 2013 on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai, the petitioners have come up with the present Civil Revision Petition seeking a direction to the Principal Sub Judge, Tiruvannamalai to number and dispose of the unnumbered I.A.

A perusal of the records shows that on 07.10.2015 the petition was returned and it was stated as follows: "The Plaintiff is Dominus Litus. How the petition is maintainable. Time one week."

Since the petitioners have not represented the petition, they are directed to represent the same in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation, the learned Trial Judge is directed to consider the same and deal with the matter in accordance with law.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
