Subsequently, the matter was directed to be posted on 21.01.2022. On 21.01.2022, when the matter was taken up for hearing, again there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted today i.e., 25.01.2022 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
