This petition is filed by the petitioners/ appellants seeking to condone the delay of 384 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners / appellants. Despite service of notice to the respondent and her name having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of her.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
