Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 5th respondent herein to exhibit the number of vacancies available in the 5th respondent University forthwith for the Medical Post Graduate Courses so that it can be filled up as per the Regulation of the 6th respondent.

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is seeking for mandamus, directing the fifth respondent University forthwith to exhibit the number of vacancies in the fifth respondent University for the Medical Post Graduate Courses.
2. Mr.C.Munusamy, learned standing counsel who takes notice for the fifth respondent University, based on instructions, submitted that there are no vacancies in the University and the said details will be published in the web site by the University.
3. Recording the above said submission made by the learned standing counsel appearing for the fifth respondent and also directing the fifth respondent University to publish the said details in the web site, without loss of further time, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
