ORDER

The main ground on which the present contempt petition has been filed before this Court touches upon the non-compliance of Section 15 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. The scope of the said provision is now a subject matter before the Apex Court. Therefore, this Court does not want to render any finding on this issue in this contempt petition.

However, it is made clear that it is left open to the petitioner to raise this ground before the trial Court and the same will be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. This contempt petition is, accordingly, closed.
