This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation 16.04.2021 for granting of patta in the name of the petitioner in repsect of the properties in Survey No.110/20.32 1/2 cents, S.No.23/9-0.15 cents, S.No.122/8-45 1/4 cents, 118/2-0.95 cents, out of acres 2.53 cents, including the well,
S.No.117/B-0.54 cents, out of acre 1.44 cents, S.No.21/2,-0.68 cents, S.No.23/1- 0.23 cents, S.No.23/2-0.20 cents and 5 HP Motor, with EB service connection No.88, S.No.23/5- 0.05 1/2 cents a well, S.No.93/1- 0.22 1/2 cents, S.No.1238-0.13 3/4 cents, S.No.26/6-0.12 cents, in all totaling to an extent of acres 6.04 1/2 cents situates at Parameshwari Mangalam Village, Ulundurpet Taluk, Kallakurichi District.

According to the petitioner, he has sent several representations to the 2nd respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the above said properties and finally he has sent a representation dated 16.04.2021. But, so far no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, and the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2021 is pending with the second respondent/Tahsildar, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunity to the petitioner, if any, within a period of twelve
(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
