This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 176 days in filing the Review Application in SR.No.35686 of 2022 in WP.No.11764 of 2012.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) as costs to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court within a period of one week from today, failing which this petition shall stand automatically dismissed.
