3. Zee Television, Chennai-17 Defendants Prayer:- These Civil Suits are filed under Order VII Rule 1 of CPC read with Order IV Rule 1 of the Original Side Rules for the reliefs as stated therein. For Plaintiff :

JUDGEMENT Both the suits, when called in the morning, have been adjourned to 11.04.2018. At that time, both the learned counsel have represented that there was a strong possibility of settlement between the parties and initially sought a pass over. However, the matter was adjourned to 11.4.2018. Subsequently, Mrs.T.E.KKrishna, the learned counsel for the Plaintiff, in CS.No.58 of 2018 and Mr.S.Sridhar, the learned counsel for the Plaintiff in CS.No.199 of 2018, again have made a mention before the Court and stated that the Plaintiffs are present and that both the suits have been settled out of court and that they would withdraw the suits.

2. It has also been stated that the suit film, namely, MANNAR VAGAIYARA has to be telecast on 14.4.2018 in Zee TV, who is the 3rd Defendant in CS.No.199 of 2018.

3. In CS.No.58 of 2018, the following endorsement has been made: "Since the matter is settled out of court, the petition may be dismissed as out of court settlement and refund of half of court fee may be orders."

4. In CS.No.199 of 2018, the following endorsement has been made:- "This Honourable Court may be pleased to permit the Plaintiff to withdraw the suit as settled out of court."

5. In view of the above endorsements made in both the suits,

recording the said endorsements, both the suits in CS.No.58 of 2018 and 199 of 2018 are dismissed, as settled out of Court. No costs. The entire court fee shall be refunded in both the suits in accordance with the rules. No costs.
