2. The said application has been filed by the petitioner in the main Arbitration Original Petition seeking to restore Arbitration Original Petition [Com.Div.] No.331 of 2023, which is dismissed for default on 03.03.2025.

3. This application has been filed by the petitioner in Arbitration Original Petition [Com.Div.] No.331 of 2023 immediately on 04.03.2025, i.e., on the very next date.

4. Even though a counter has been filed by the respondents raising objections for allowing this application, this Court, after giving due consideration to the fact that this application has been filed on the very next day of the dismissal of the main Arbitration Original Petition [Com.Div.] No.331 of 2023 for default, is inclined to allow this application since sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. The above Arbitration O.P. is restored to file of this Court.
