By an earlier order dated 09.08.2019, this Court recorded the undertaking of the first respondent as per the affidavit dated 09.08.2019 and closed the application.

2. Therefore, the Registry is directed to not list the application in O.A.No.860 of 2018 and the learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the parties are in the process of negotiating the settlement.
